Our Perimenopause Research

The WLB community informs our perimenopause research.

Crowdsourcing New Insights About Perimenopause

You have shared your experiences with us, things like, “I feel like I can’t calm down on the inside” and “I feel like I’m in a constant state of fight or flight.” You’ve told us about your more common perimenopause experiences (e.g., night sweats) and also other less common changes (e.g., sudden anger, feeling less able to cope). Your input expanded our view of the lived experience of perimenopause and we incorporated this into our perimenopause research via the 2020 WLB survey.
Over 3,200 of you completed the survey creating a considerable amount of data. We’ve used these data to help fill the perimenopause knowledge gap. Thank you for being a part of it!
